June is Homeownership Month!

June is National Homeownership Month when we promote the benefits of homeownership and recommit to creating opportunities for future homeowners.

REALTORS® strives to ensure all Americans have the opportunity to achieve homeownership, the centerpiece of the American Dream and the pathway to economic well-being and intergenerational wealth-building.

The Biden administration issued a proclamation(link is external) for National Homeownership Month 2023, saying in part, "During National Homeownership Month, we recognize the power of owning a home when raising a family, planting roots in a community, building equity, and passing down generational wealth to continue the American Dream for generations to come."
